The current LEGION YEAR 2025-2026 is coming to a close in June. We are soliciting nominations for officers this coming April meeting for the 2026-2027 year.
WELCOME HOME ALL VETERANS
DUE TO A CHANGE IN THE U.S. CONGRESS LAWS, ALL, VETERANS, HONORABLY DISCHARGED AND WHO HAVE SERVED ONE DAY OF ACTIVE DUTY ARE NOW ELIGIBLE TO JOIN THE AMERICAN LEGION. BECAUSE OUR MEMBERSHIP WAS GOVERNED BY CONGRESSIONAL LAWS AND NOT THE LEGION. MANY VETERANS WERE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP. IF YOU WERE NOT ELIGIBLE BEFORE AND ARE NOW, PLEASE CONSIDER JOINING US AT POST 411 IN CONROE, TEXAS.
